Amy

Amy Scott is a registered psychotherapist in the state of Colorado. She received her master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University. She also completed specialized training in trauma work with the Splankna Therapy Institute as a certified Master practitioner.
Amy’s unique blend of training in both traditional Christian counseling, inner healing techniques, and mind/body therapy, has equipped her to help clients resolve the longstanding, deep wounds that often lay beneath and contribute to unhealthy coping strategies and current trauma.

Prior to providing counseling as a private practitioner, Amy worked with Griffith Centers For Children providing counseling, crisis intervention, and family preservation services. As a private practitioner, Amy works with children, teens, adults and couples. However, Amy’s heart is set apart in a special way toward women, families, and couples who are moving forward in sexual redemption and healing trauma wounds. God has called Amy through her own healing journey as a partner in recovery to extend hope and courage to those she walks alongside.
